How do I choose the size?
All sizing information can be found on the product description page. Note that all our fit True to Size i.e. products feel neither loose nor tight when worn by a person of the corresponding size.
How can I check the status of my order?
Order Status can be checked by logging into ‘My Account’ page on the top right corner. Note that we send a confirmation email as soon as an order is placed with all necessary information.
What to do if my order did not arrive?
Please use the provided tracking number to check the delivery status of your order. If an order is shown as ‘delivered’ but you have not received it, contact our customer service as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help.

BornTough accept all major credit cards, such as American Express, Discovery, Master Card, Visa, Pay Pal Etc.
How do I get a copy of my invoice?
All customers will receive an invoice to the email address provided within 10 minutes the order was placed. Also, customers can access any order placed with BT by simply logging into the “My Account" section. If you log in to your customer account and view your order history, you will be able to check and print all orders you have made with us. If you need any assistance accessing your account, please email our Customer Support Department.

Where will my order be shipped to?
To avoid fraudulent charges the order will be shipped to the shipping address specified on the invoice only. Please double check the shipping address you provided.
How can I track my order shipment?
We email tracking number for all orders placed as soon as they're shipped. Please use the provided tracking number to track your shipment.
How long does it take for you to ship my order?
Please allow us 24 hours to process your order. Once processed and picked up, orders are generally delivered within 3-5 business days. If an order takes longer or is not received.
I have received someone else’s order!
If you did not order our product but receive a package, contact us via phone +61 1800 865 322 or email: (email@example.com) so we can provide you with a return label to return the shipment free of cost. Please do not open or damage the package.
Do you ship to P.O. box addresses?
To avoid fraudulent orders, we do not ship to P.O. box & APO addresses.
